With MAID and USSCO @ Home you will be able to obtain the same information that you would be able to obtain at a credit union office. Information such as account balances, histories, and loan information. You are able to transfer funds between your USSCO accounts. Rates and product information are also available on USSCO @ Home.

 

What is MAID?

MAID is a 24 hour, toll-free audio response telephone system. Using a touch tone phone, you can gain immediate access to your accounts or you can obtain credit union information. With MAID you can --

1. Transfer funds between accounts
2. Transfer loan payments
3. Make VISA payments
4. Check balances
5. Check account histories
6. Stop payments on checks
7 Process cross account transfers

 

How to get started:
Visit or call one of our USSCO offices to obtain your login information. 
To connect to MAID just dial your local USSCO office phone number and choose option 1.

 

USSCO@HOME
Obtain account balances, histories, loan information, or make account transfers. With set-up you can transfer between family accounts. Call or visit a USSCO office to obtain your pin and password. Go to Member Login on the home page to view your account.
Restrictions: Federal Regulations allow only three electronic funds transfers per month. To apply for cross account transfers, you must be listed as owner or joint owner on each account.
