We can make owning your home easier with our ESCROW ACCOUNT. A seperate savings account is setup from which USSCO will pay your homeowner's insurance and taxes. Instead of you paying a large bill all at once, we will calculate your bills into 12 monthly amounts and add them to your monthly mortgage payment. We can set up one for you with your low-interest rate mortgage at USSCO.
